My practice is grounded in Gestalt therapy—a humanistic, person-centered approach that cultivates awareness and self-knowledge. Our work unfolds in the reality of the here and now, where past experiences and future longings meet and take shape in the present moment.
I bring over 30 years of international experience as a coach, consultant, therapist, and meditator. My work is supported by specialized training in Gestalt Therapy, Integrative Trauma Resolution, Buddhist Psychology, Family Systems and Ancestral Therapy, Symbolic and Transgenerational Methods, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Body Awareness, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Emotional Psychology with a focus on applied Psychosomatics.

The psychosomatic approach is a core element of my therapeutic practice. It recognizes the deep and intrinsic connection between mind and body, understanding that emotional, psychological, and social experiences can directly influence physical health. Rather than treating these dimensions in isolation, this approach works with the person as an integrated and living whole.
This is why it matters so deeply in my work: it offers a holistic and embodied perspective; opens access to deeper layers of experience and implicit memory; supports safer and more grounded trauma processing; and helps restore inner balance while fostering self-awareness and self-regulation.
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, focused process that helps access the deeper layers of the mind—where habits, emotional patterns, and unconscious beliefs reside. It uses guided relaxation and focused attention to create a calm, receptive state (similar to daydreaming or deep meditation), where positive change and insight can emerge more naturally.
Hypnotherapy is one of the tools available in my practice—always offered as an option, never a requirement. It is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in safety and collaboration. Throughout the process, you remain fully aware and in control at every step. Rather than being passive, it’s a co-creative experience that gently supports self-exploration, healing, and transformation.
