Change is constant. We are always in transition—this is our nature, our biology. The deeper insight lies in learning how to maintain a delicate balance amidst this constant flux. How do we make balance a foundation of resilience?
This means continually attuning to the ecology of body and mind—seeking wholeness.
The search for insight that addresses these questions is at the heart of my therapeutic practice. Rooted in Gestalt therapy—a humanistic, person-centred approach—it is grounded in cultivating awareness of your present experience. We work with what is here and now: your feelings, your emotions. All past experiences and future desires live within the present moment. It is in this fertile ground that our existence unfolds—and where transformation is most accessible.
I bring to my practice over 30 years of experience as an international coach, consultant and therapist, alongside dedicated training in healing modalities that converge in the field of psychosomatics. These include Gestalt Therapy, linguistic techniques and metaphor exploration, Buddhist Psychology, Family Systems, & Ancestral Therapy, Symbolic and Transgenerational tools, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Body Awareness, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Emotional Psychology in Psychosomatics.
The psychosomatic approach is a core element of my therapeutic practice. It recognizes the deep, intrinsic connection between mind and body—understanding that emotional, psychological, and social experiences can directly impact physical health. Rather than treating these systems in isolation, this approach works with the person as an integrated whole.
This is why it matters so deeply in my work: it offers a holistic and embodied perspective; it allows access to deeper layers of experience and memory; it supports safer, more grounded trauma processing; and it helps restore inner balance while encouraging self-awareness and self-regulation.
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, focused process that helps access the deeper layers of the mind—where habits, emotional patterns, and unconscious beliefs reside. It uses guided relaxation and focused attention to create a calm, receptive state (similar to daydreaming or deep meditation), where positive change and insight can emerge more naturally.
Hypnotherapy is one of the tools available in my practice—always offered as an option, never a requirement. It is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in safety and collaboration. Throughout the process, you remain fully aware and in control at every step. Rather than being passive, it’s a co-creative experience that gently supports self-exploration, healing, and transformation.
